Simple Strawberry Jello Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 container Coolwhip (light or regular)
  • 1 large package strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 box frozen, sweetened strawberries, drained
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake in 13 x 9 cake pan as directed.
 Remove from oven and poke holes in cake with fork. Every two to three time you poke the cake, turn the fork so as to make bigger holes. (If the holes are not big enough, the Jello will not seep down into the cake). Make sure you poke all the way to the bottom if possible.
 Prepare Jello using one-half the amount of water. Pour Jello over the top of the cake, covering it completely. Place in refrigerator to cool.
 Add thawed sweetened, drained strawberries to the Coolwhip. Place in refrigerator.
 Once the cake has completely cooled, frost with the Coolwhip mixture and top with fresh sliced strawberries. Enjoy !

JELL-O 1-2-3 Dessert

Jello Dessert Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin, or any flavor
  •  Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
Jello Dessert Instructions

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix iin medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into blender. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; add to blender. Blend 30 sec. or until smooth.
ADD COOL WHIP; blend well.
POUR into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 20 min. or until firm. Enjoy!

Jello Dessert Ingredients :
  • 2 lg. pkgs. orange Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 qt. orange sherbet
  • 1 lg. Cool Whip
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
Jello Dessert Instructions :
Mix Jello and water; fold in sherbet, Cool Whip, and oranges. Put in large cake pan or angle food cake pan. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy it !

QUICK EASY DESSERT & JELLO   

Jello Dessert Ingredients:
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
  • 1 can Carnation milk
  • 1 angel food cake
Jello Dessert Instructions :
Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water. Chill. Chill cream in freezing compartments of refrigerator. Mix pineapple and Jello. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Whip cream and add to Jello and pineapple. Slice cake and line bottom of large deep dish (18 x 10 inches is ideal). Pour on above mixture and place in refrigerator to chill. Serves 12 to 15. Enjoy !
